Documentation Types
Documents range from user guides, operating procedures, training packages, maintenance manuals through to illustrated parts manuals and safety cases, to suit each client's specific requirements. We have a large client base in a wide range of industries.

Skills and Resources
Orchid employs experienced managers, documentation engineers, technical illustrators, word processing staff and training specialists.

Text Origination and Editing
Orchid's documentation engineers have wide experience to prepare technical documents - from initial identification and collation of source information, through writing and editing to final delivery of the finished document.

Graphics and Technical Illustration
Orchid produces graphics, diagrams and illustrations to support accompanying text. A range of graphic tools on several hardware platforms are used.

Word Processing and Electronic Publishing
Orchid supports a variety of document tools for project requirements including Interleaf, Microsoft Word and Quark Express.

Delivery
Finished information can be delivered as printed manuals or provided electronically. Printed material can be traditionally printed or colour laser printed. Electronic material can be delivered via E-mail or in a variety of storage media such as CD-ROM or DAT tape.

Document Maintenance
Orchid specialises in document updating and maintenance services.

These documents are held on secure servers for prompt access as per client instruction.
